I’m proud to announce a new affiliation with thoughtLEADERS, where I’ll serve as a senior instructor in communication, leadership and employee engagement. Founded by former McKinsey and Company consultant Mike Figliuolo, thoughtLEADERS provides professional skills training in leadership, communication, strategy and operations. Clients include Abbot Labs, HP, Discover, Heinz, Nationwide and ServiceMaster.

I was introduced to Mike Figliuolo through a mutual colleague and we first talked over a steak dinner at an outdoor restaurant – on a 105 degree August night in Scottsdale.  So, I knew Mike was a gamer right away! thoughtLEADERS takes corporate training to a new level, with top-notch instructors and focused, hands-on training.
